My cure for writers block: I doodle, or play in apps like HeroForge and design my characters. It is both relaxing and inspiring.  These are all a combination of Procreate, GIMP, and / or HeroForge. Never quite how I see these things in my head, but my digital art skills are improving.  And it is great to be able to send concept sketches to my cover artist, to show her what I am picturing before she makes it better.
